Here is my story, in brief, and reasons why I feel qualified to offer my support.
Yes, I am Turkish, but no full pedigree, as I was born from a Turkish father and a German mother – in the UK!!! So truly multicultural and like to think I have inherited the best values from each!
Added to this mix, I was employed for over 30 years at a senior level, within the travel industry (so definitely no longer 21!!). I had a great job contracting villas, chalets, and hotels all around the world from initially Turkey – but also Spain, Portugal, Austria, France, Croatia, Montenegro, North America, Caribbean, Egypt & North Africa, Maldives, Seychelles to mention just a few great destinations. This involved lots of travel and more importantly market research and customer analysis! It certainly opened my eyes to customer expectations, value for money and luxury!
I started living in Bodrum back in 1978, have built 2 houses and renovated several. Relocated back to the UK in 2000 while renting out my property here. I experienced what it is to take care of a property and the next level whereby my property had to be managed from abroad in my absence.
Now semi-retired I have returned to a changed Bodrum but happy to bring my expertise to assist & support property owners in Bodrum & on the peninsula.
I understand the Turkish culture and European expectations, with a refined eye to combine both cultures.
My aim is to manage homes providing services designed around the needs of our customers’ lifestyles.
