Smiling dogs shelter has been put up within 4 weeks after a verdict by the court had been dispensed to Rosemary, that all her dogs were going to be moved to a forest camp, miles away from their home. Of course we couldn’t let that happen, and we got to work on a new compound immediately.
As we didn’t have enough means to buy land as well as being in a hurry, we finally found a place to rent.
We then searched for containers not only for the dogs, but to live in for our caretaker, who has moved there with the doggies. Connecting water and electricity took about two weeks to complete, and fencing about 2 days. We are very proud of ourselves to have accomplished such a big project within the shortest time.
